Returns and Alterations
Xmas Returns - all gift orders placed between November 1st and December 24th 2020 will have until Friday 8th January 2021 to get in contact about returns. Please specify in the order notes that an order is a gift for this to be valid. The full return policy will still be in place.
We hope that you will love your new purchase! Here at Collect Me we want you to be completely happy with your new purchase - loved clothes last longer and we want our handmade garments to have a long and happy life! If you love your new garment but the fit needs a tweak to make it perfect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with details of what needs altering and we will let you know if this can be achieved.
If your order turns out to not be suitable, please message us within 14 days of receipt with your name, date of purchase and item details for either an exchange or refund. Once you receive a reply, please post back using a secure service. Return postage will not be refunded. If the item does not arrive, an exchange or refund cannot be actioned. Returns will only be accepted if unworn and unwashed. Any items that have been altered to fit before sending are non-returnable.
If an exchange is required, when messaging us please state what you would like to exchange for. If the new item is a higher price, the difference will need to be paid. If the new item is a lower price, the difference will be refunded to original payment method. Once I have received the return and the item has been checked, we will post out the new item.
If a refund is required, once the return has been received and checked the full item cost will be refunded to the original payment method. Any postage will not be refunded.
Upon receiving your purchase, please check your item. If you find your purchase has a fault, please message us within 14 days of receipt with your name, date of purchase, item details and a description of the fault. Depending on the fault we can offer either a repair, exchange or full refund. In any outcome, all postage will be refunded.
We all change shape, size and style over the years - if later on down the line, your Collect Me garment requires an alteration or repair to keep it part of your loved wardrobe, please do get in contact to discuss the options available for minimal fees.
Made to Order Return Policy
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm the requirements and to give you different options for contrasting pockets and buttons, completing the design. We will work with you to find the perfect combination that suits you! If, at this point, we are unable to create a design that you are completely happy with, a full refund will be issued. If we do not receive a final confirmation from you within 14 days of the initial order, the order will be cancelled, the fabrics chosen will no longer be reserved and a full refund will be issued.
Once we have received confirmation that you are happy with the final design and the making process begins, Made to Order pieces are non-returnable. Please ensure you fully understand the size guide and have checked all measurements. We rely on you providing accurate information and measurements to ensure the garment is the correct fit. If you are unsure about how to give the correct measurements then please contact us and we can give you any advice required!
If, when you receive your order, the fit is not quite right, we can provide alterations until you are completely happy. We want you to love them!
